Because the trolley of the trolley furnace is equipped with the heat-resistant steel furnace bottom plate required to carry the workpiece, when the workpiece stops heating, oxide skin will be generated and fall into the surrounding of the heating element through the gap between the furnace bottom plate, forming the resistance wire fuse. Therefore, in order to avoid the damage of heating elements and prolong the service life of the trolley furnace, the following problems should be paid attention to when using the bottom plate of the trolley furnace. 1. The furnace bottom plate used on the high-temperature furnace generally adopts the plug-in contact, which can prevent the oxide skin of the workpiece from falling into the left of the heating element and damaging the heating element.
2. The bottom plate of the trolley furnace needs to have enough thickness and design standard reinforcement, which can accept the pressure of placing heavy objects on it without deformation, so as to avoid affecting the use.
3. In order to use the trolley furnace normally, the oxide scale under the bottom plate of the furnace shall be cleared once a week. During the clearing, the bottom plate of the furnace shall be lifted, and the oxide scale in the resistance wire slot shall be purged with compressed air to avoid the oxide scale causing open circuit in the furnace wire.
