Features: door opening mode: front door opening and side door opening control accuracy: ± 1 ℃ furnace temperature uniformity: ± 1 ℃.
Easy to operate, programmable, PID self-tuning, automatic temperature rise, automatic heat preservation, automatic temperature drop, no need to be on duty; it can also be equipped with computer communication to operate the electric furnace through computer (start electric furnace, stop electric furnace, pause temperature rise, set temperature rise curve, temperature rise curve storage, historical curve, etc.), software free of charge see: computer control system.
Fast temperature rise (adjustable temperature rise rate from 1 ℃ / h to 40 ℃ / min).
Energy saving (the furnace is made of imported fiber, which is resistant to high temperature and quench)
The furnace body is corrosion-resistant and acid-base resistant through fine plastic spraying, and the furnace body and furnace are isolated by air-cooled furnace wall temperature close to room temperature.
Double circuit protection (over temperature, over pressure, over current, section couple, power failure, etc.)
Furnace material imported refractory material, good heat preservation performance, high temperature resistance, fast cooling and heat resistance
Temperature category: 1000 ℃ 1200 ℃ 1400 ℃ 1600 ℃ four kinds
High temperature hot pressing furnace is a periodic operation type, which is widely used in cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. for hot pressing and sintering under the conditions of high temperature and high vacuum. It can also be used for hot pressing and sintering under the condition of inflation protection.
Advantages and disadvantages of hot pressing furnace
Advantages of hot pressing:
(1) greatly reduce the forming pressure. The pressure used in hot pressing is only about 1 / 10 of that of cold pressing, so hot pressing can press large products.
(2) shorten the sintering time.
(3) the influence of powder size and hardness on hot pressing process is not obvious, so hot pressing can press some hard and brittle powder.
(4) when hot pressing, the powder has good plasticity and can be pressed into sheet, thin-walled tube and other special products.
Disadvantages of hot pressing:
(1) it is difficult to select the die material because of its high requirements, and the die life is short and the cost is large.
(2) single piece production, so the production efficiency is low.
(3) the surface of the product is rough and the accuracy is low, which generally needs cleaning and machining.
(4) high power consumption, high product cost.
There are three heating methods of hot pressing: Indirect resistance heating, direct resistance heating and induction heating. The figure is the schematic diagram of hot pressing heating mode. The resistance indirect heating mode is that the electric current is heated through the graphite tube, and the pressing die loaded with powder is put into the graphite tube. The resistance direct heating mode can be divided into two cases: the current passing through the die material to generate heat (B in the figure) and the current passing through the die material to generate heat. Induction heating is to use the current excited by electromagnetic induction to heat the die.
V. when the working temperature of hot pressing is below 800 ℃, high speed steel and other heat-resistant tool steel can be selected as the material of hot pressing die; when the working temperature is 1500-2000 ℃, graphite should be used as the material of hot pressing die, but the pressure that graphite can bear is much lower than the former. Therefore, for the process of low temperature and high pressure, we can choose metal mold or hard alloy mold; for the process of high temperature and low pressure, we should choose graphite mold. |
