The furnace panel is equipped with two semicircle furnace covers, one end of which is fixed on the furnace panel through a rotating shaft, and the other end has a handle, which can open and close the furnace cover flexibly. The furnace cover is filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat preservation.

 

The inclining mechanism adopts mechanical inclining and worm reducer to incline.

 

There is a leakage hole at the lower end of the front of the furnace body. When the crucible is cracked due to corrosion and oxidation, the solution in the furnace can flow out of the furnace through this hole, so as to prevent the heating elements and furnace lining from greater damage. The leakage hole is usually blocked with several layers of paper and other inflammables, so as to prevent the cold air outside the furnace from entering the furnace.
