4. Drive the furnace door; the connecting rod mechanism quickly lifts the furnace door from the slide rail, presses it onto the furnace and seals it. When the furnace is discharged, the furnace door falls from the furnace mouth to the slide rail and returns to the outside of the furnace mouth, so that the workpiece can be quickly put into the groove from the furnace for quenching.

 

5. Quenching tank; the quenching tank is mobile or fixed. The quench tank can be made according to the requirements of installation and use, with driving mechanism, heating system and quenching medium circulating cooling device.
