The furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace lining, gantry, furnace door, furnace car, transmission mechanism of furnace car, electric heating device, temperature control and recording system, etc.
1. All fiber trolley type resistance furnace body
(1) furnace lining:
The furnace lining is made of all fiber structure, high-quality high alumina refractory fiber, standard riveting parts and scientific and reasonable inlay method. The fiber folding block shall be pre compressed again (compression unit weight ≥ 230kg / m3) before inlaying, and fixed on the shell with riveting parts. The installation thickness of insulation material shall be ≮ 300mm.
The structure has excellent chemical stability, thermal stability, thermal vibration resistance, tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The highest temperature resistance of the fiber is 1200 ℃, and the material of the riveting part is 304 plate stamping. After the lining is made, a layer of high-temperature curing agent is sprayed on the surface to form a layer of heat insulation wall, which can increase the strength and thermal radiation performance of the lining surface, further reduce the heat loss of lining livestock, achieve the effect of rapid temperature rise, and maximize the thermal efficiency of the furnace.
(2) steel structure and fiber cotton:
The whole fiber large plate furnace lining is hung on the steel framework, which is welded by section steel and steel plate, light and reliable. Because the furnace adopts the lining of full fiber and large plate structure, its steel structure is much lighter than the traditional refractory brick furnace. Fiber and cotton are laminated and fixed with heat-resistant round steel. This structure not only reduces the height of furnace body, reduces the space of furnace, reduces the energy consumption, reduces the production cost, but also avoids the phenomenon that the whole fiber lining is easy to burn and contract, and prolongs the service life of electric furnace. At the same time, the structure has low heat conduction, low heat fusion, excellent chemical stability, thermal stability, tensile strength and corrosion resistance.
Its main material, refractory fiber, has a maximum temperature resistance of 1200 ℃.
(3) outer sealing plate: the outer sealing plate shall be sealed uniformly with 3mm thick cold rolled plate. All the sealing plates are fixed with big cap screws, which is convenient for local disassembly and maintenance, and the overall appearance is beautiful.
2. Electric heating device
The furnace heating element is made of high-quality high resistance alloy 0cr25al5 resistance belt, which is installed on the two sides of the furnace body, the furnace door and the back wall respectively. The resistance belt is made of special mold to ensure that it will not be damaged during processing. The resistance belt is fixed by special ceramic screws. Its structure is easy to install, maintain and replace. It will not form thermal short circuit with the furnace shell and cause local overheating of the furnace shell. During installation, ceramic washers are separated between the fiber wall and the resistance belt to ensure that the fiber surface does not contact the resistance belt directly, so as to increase the heating effect of the resistance belt. Ceramic screws and washers are made of high aluminum materials and sintered at medium temperature to ensure sufficient strength and service life.
The equipment is divided into 16 heating areas, and the layout of heating elements corresponds to the setting of heating sections. Each heating section is equipped with an independent heating group (including the corresponding combination with the heating elements on the trolley surface), without cross area layout. All outgoing bars shall be made of φ 22 ocr25al5 material, and the connection collet of outgoing bar shall be chrome plated after steel plate finishing to ensure firm and reliable connection. All the neutral points of the resistance band are connected to neutral, and the cross-sectional area of the neutral line meets the requirements of the industry standard.
3. Furnace car:
The furnace car is a platform for carrying workpieces and running. The loading plane size of the furnace car is:

The trolley is composed of frame, steel plate, wheel, fire-resistant masonry, heat-resistant steel furnace bottom plate, heating element, trolley traction mechanism, etc. The surface of the load-bearing trolley is flat, and there are two load-bearing belts on the trolley surface. The base plate of the heat-resistant steel furnace on the table does not bear the heavy pressure of the pad iron to ensure its service life.
3.1.1 trolley steel structure: it is welded with double-layer fish belly steel beam and steel plate. Its steel property ensures normal operation under full load and no deformation during long-term use. The maximum design bearing capacity of the trolley steel structure is 50t, which ensures that the deformation is still within the design range when the re load is uneven.
3.1.2 wheel: the walking wheel of the trolley is processed and formed by casting. The transmission shaft is made of 45 × steel and treated with tempering. The transmission bearing adopts roller bearing to ensure the load requirements. In order to reduce the wheel pressure of the trolley, 4 pairs (8) of walking wheels (each wheel pressure ≤ 10t) are installed at the bottom of the trolley to support the whole trolley.
3.1.3 lining: composite lining is made of heavy high alumina refractory brick, light refractory brick, heat preservation brick, etc. on the lining, there is a groove channel for heating element installation, and heavy alumina refractory brick is used for the parts easy to collide and load-bearing parts (cement is added into the mortar during masonry) to enhance the structural strength of furnace lining. The expansion joint shall be reserved during manufacturing to prevent the lining from damage due to expansion after heating.
3.1.4 furnace bottom plate: adopt heat-resistant steel casting, long-term service temperature ≤ 950 ℃, to ensure no deformation, oxidation and cracking in use. The utility model can prevent the oxide skin of the workpiece from falling off and falling into the heating element installation groove on the trolley, thus causing short circuit damage to the heating element. All outgoing rods are made of 0cr25al5 material with diameter of 18, and the connection collet of outgoing rod is chrome plated after steel plate finishing to ensure firm and reliable connection. All the neutral points of the resistance band are connected to neutral, and the cross-sectional area of the neutral line meets the requirements of the industry standard.
3.1.5 heating element: corrugated resistance belt is installed on the trolley as the heating element, which is made of 0cr25al5 high resistance alloy material and heating element.
