RN series well type gas rapid nitriding furnace is a periodic furnace, which is a positive pressure nitriding heat treatment equipment. Used for nitriding of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, etc.

 

Brief introduction of structure

 

RN series well gas nitriding furnace is composed of furnace body and electric control.

 

The furnace body mainly includes furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace tank, heater, furnace cover, mixing fan, lifting mechanism and cooling fan.

 

The furnace shell is welded by steel plate and section steel; the furnace lining is made of energy-saving ultra light refractory brick, aluminum silicate fiber and high-quality thermal insulation material, and the furnace tank is welded by high-strength heat-resistant steel plate; the furnace cover is equipped with a strong mixing fan driven by a sealed motor, whose excellent sealing performance ensures the implementation of pressure nitriding of the furnace, and also has an exhaust pipe, which has a side road. The nozzle is used to connect the U-shaped manometer; the silicon rubber seal is used between the furnace cover and the furnace tank; the high alloy resistance wire is used for the heater; the lifting mechanism is driven by the motor driven worm gear reducer; the furnace body is equipped with air ducts for fast cooling up and down to improve the working efficiency.

 

The electric control part mainly includes temperature control, operation and air control. The temperature control adopts intelligent temperature control instrument control, and is equipped with paperless recorder to record complete process curve and over temperature alarm; the operation adopts button and light display to realize the control of fan operation, heater on-off, furnace cover lifting and other actions. The furnace type electric control is equipped with PID control cabinet. Gas control is an optional part. The hydrogen analyzer of nitrogen potential control instrument of Beijing pette can be used to realize the complete automatic control of nitrogen potential in the furnace by computer.
